Christmas Tour of Homes

I am new to the blogging world and got this idea from a very special friend's blog..
The Christmas Tour of Homes. We just completed a cross country move from Seattle back home to Texas...Thanksgiving weekend. I'm pretty proud of the fact that I actually got the house decorated. So come on in...
Front door..my father in law made the beautiful Santa for me one year for Christmas. One of my favorite decorations to put out each year!!
Entry table
Dining room table
I love my green feather trees from Target..great buy

Dining room/Christopher Radko tree: I have a 22 month old little guy, so naturally all of my treasured ornaments are at the top. China hutch with our Christmas dishes

Couldn't leave the hutch bare on top!! Brooks points up to it and says, "deeeerrr"..so sweet

Cute arrangement on the kitchen table

Adorable painting that J did for me a several years ago..she is so talented. Brooks points to him and says, "Ho Ho Ho".

Kitchen counter

Santa on the chopping block...ha ha..can you tell it's late and I've had an active day with Brooks??

Another of my favorite's...mom gave this to me right after we got married.

~O' Christmas Tree~

I love to walk into the room and just smell.

I've started a Santa collection and think they are so cute. We have way to many Christmas decorations, and I'm sure my hubby wishes I would quit "collecting".

My little village..it's beautiful at night with the living room lights turned off.

Finally, our powder bath..couldn't have that room not be festive too.

I put up three trees, but didn't get a picture of the one in B's room before he went to sleep. I'll try to post that tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed visiting our happy little home. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas!!

Your house is BEAUTIFUL!!! I didn't know ya'll had moved back to Texas. Last time I checked in with you - you were still in Seattle! I hope you and Jamie will be able to see each other now that you are closer!
I can't believe your house looks so wonderful after only living there a few weeks (with a toddler!) You are amazing!

Good job--I'm so glad you decided to do the tour!!! Wow, your house looks SO good. I'm amazed that you just moved and got all that done. You are a much better mover than me! The hutch full of C.Dishes is gorgeous. I didn't know you'd started collecting Santas (did I??)...I'll have to remember that! Merry Christmas...jlg

WOW! I am so impressed! I have lived in my house for 7 years and it isn't decorated in nearly as cute holiday fashion!

This is sooo weird but funny. I am still going through the tour of homes at my leisure. Tonight I have gone through about 40 and am very tired but decided one more....yours. So I am scrolling down looking at your beautiful home and then get to the little Santa picture and I say to myself, "That looks like a Jamie G. original painting!" And then I see my daughter and Jamie have made comments and I remember you are a friend of Jamie's!! She should feel proud that I recognized HER painting! Your home is just lovely! Have a blessed new year!
